I recommend the following minimum number of hours for the following areas:
- Early career values and lifestyle planning- 3 months minimum/16 sessions/16 hours
- Mid career transition and life review – 6 months minimum/ 32 sessions/ 32 hours
- Stress management/strategies for a fulfilling life – 3 months minimum/16 sessions/16 hours
It is expected that shifts happen and you may meet your outcomes earlier than expected. If this occurs I can transfer your remaining sessions for a different area of focus.
