Why should I pay for a CV writer?
As a professional CV writer with 15 years’ experience, I understand the impact of a strong CV. It is your key to getting through the first round of an application process and is, therefore, a very high-value document. Although a CV may only be 2 (occasionally 3) pages long, a lot of thought has to go into it if you want to get noticed.
The benefit of using my service is that you don’t have to guess the must-haves – and no-no’s – of a CV, because I already have that expertise.
The other benefit is that when you are purchasing a CV from me, I am making a quality promise to you. There are cheaper CV services available (and many which are very expensive), however, I have taken care to set my prices fairly according to the work I do for each order. What happens once I've ordered?
You will receive a confirmation email stating your order with a list of the information I will need to get started. Please check this list and email me the information requested. You may already have this information on your existing CV, in which case you can simply email the CV. If I require any additional information I will contact you by telephone or email. ***Please check your Junk/Spam email folders regularly to ensure you receive all my communications. Some email providers (such as Yahoo! and Gmail) will automatically place unfamiliar emails into Spam, especially if there is an attachment.***
When can I expect my order to be completed/delivered?
Why haven't I received an email/my order?
When your order is completed, your new documents will be sent to you by email. Please ensure you check your Junk/Spam mail regularly to ensure you do not miss them.
Can you amend my CV/Cover Letter/LinkedIn Profile once it's completed?
I always endeavour to deliver full satisfaction ‘first time round’, however there may be instances where you need an amendment to a document. To ensure you are completely satisfied with my service, I will amend your document(s) for up to 6 months after purchase date.
The amendments service has been designed to ensure the documents meet your specification, which I will agree with you before I proceed on the order. Unfortunately I am unable to guarantee amendments which meet a different specification for the same order (i.e. if you later decide you need a CV for a different job role).
For the purposes of using this service, an amendment is defined as follows:
• Changes in wording or phrasing for a specific area of your CV or cover letter
• Adding new information or amending information as provided by you
• Editing no more than 150 words of the document
Please note that re-writing the document for a different sector, job role or emphasis is not regarded as an amendment. It is your responsibility to consider which job role or sector your documents will be tailored for before I start work on your order. I am happy to discuss appropriate options with you before I commence work for you.
