I founded Firefly Coaching to empower people to create a life they love, with the work they long to do.

Since 2006, I have been a professional Coach and Manager in the Employability sector, supporting many hundreds of adults from a broad range of industries to achieve their career-related objectives.

I am a licensed CCS Career Coach, having undertaken accredited career counselling training with Career Counselling Services, with further credentials including a Level 4 NVQ in Advice and Guidance, Award in Employability from the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) and Certificate in Counselling Skills. I am also a certified Mental Health First Aider, and hold a BA (Hons) in English Literature.

Throughout my career, I have delivered coaching for several government-funded programmes and local authority projects, supporting individuals across all career stages, including school leavers, graduates, mid-life professionals and career changers.

My background includes roles in a range of sectors, including I.T. , Education, Social Care, Environmental and Animal Care.

I am passionate about empowering others through coaching, and through my personal journey I have learnt a range of coaching tools, including the GROW and HEART models, CIGAR, Solutions-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, MBTI and the Enneagram. My coaching trainings and certifications include Essence™️ Coaching, Life Purpose Coaching, Happiness Coaching, Transformational Coaching and Motivational Interviewing. 

I am committed to personal development and attend regular workshops throughout the year, as well as regular coaching supervision.

I am fully insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and adhere to the Association for Coaching’s strict Code of Conduct.
